Well, not in the sense that we are tomato-based (we’re Fort Collins-based), but in the sense that for more than 30 years salsa has been our passion. Doug, a former partner of Roberto’s restaurant, and Beth are both current custodians of Roberto’s salsa legacy. These are the original recipes from the restaurant, still made and packaged by our own hands; crafted with the same care and attention that has made Roberto’s the salsa that’s welcome on any table.
